At Eitbaar Naturals, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh makhana. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.

📦 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

However, returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • ✅ Damaged product received
  • ✅ Wrong item delivered
  • ✅ Package is tampered or opened at the time of delivery

📸 Proof Requirement (Important)

To process your request, please share:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Product images showing the issue

👉 Without proper proof, we may not be able to process the request.

⏱️ Return Request Window

  • You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this time may not be accepted

🔄 Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide a free replacement of the same product
  • Replacement will be shipped within 24–48 hours after approval

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in specific situations:

Eligible Cases:

  • Product out of stock for replacement
  • Order cancelled before shipping
  • Verified issue where replacement is not possible

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns/refunds in the following situations:

  • ❌ Change of mind after delivery
  • ❌ Taste preferences
  • ❌ Minor packaging variations
  • ❌ Delay caused by courier partners (beyond control)

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
